General Delivery Terms

– Until it has been clinically approved as appropriate by our Pharmacy team, the products will not be delivered.
– The chosen delivery method is from when the prescriber has authorised your prescription.
– When dispatched to your designated address or if you request otherwise, where an order is left in a safe place or with a neighbour, the products will be at your risk.
– Both shipping and billing address cannot be changed once an order has been processed, as the prescription cannot be altered.
– the cost of the goods on our website will be net of VAT. The final price a customer will pay.

Delivery charges

– If the purchase is less than £20 there will be a £2.95 delivery charge.
– Greater than £20 it’s FREE DELIVERY. This will be delivered within 2 to 4 working days.

– For Express Delivery within 1 to 2 working days the cost is £4.95
– For guaranteed NEXT DAY DELIVERY Before 1pm the cost is £9.95.
