Step 1 Contact the Quit Ready team via this link – https://www.quitready.co.uk/ 
Step 2 Have your assessment
Step 3 You will be put on a 12 week Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) program and given a voucher to get your NRT supplies
Step 4 Take your voucher to your nearest participating pharmacy and get your NRT products plus advice to help you quit
