About Us

Safys Chemist, part of the Alfa Chemists group, was first opened in March 1979 by its founder and owner Seifudin Mohamedali and has always prided itself and excelled in putting the patient first. We are currently trusted by over 3000 patients to deliver an unparalleled service, with over 100 patients who have been with us from day one. To this day patients recognise Safy’s Chemist as the front runner in supporting the community.

We provide a vast range of services here, so whether it’s regular repeat medication you need or specialist travel advice and jabs, Safy’s Chemist is the place to go. We hope to be a one-stop shop for all your medical needs.

We have an outstanding team of fully qualified and experienced counter assistants, dispensers, technicians as well as expert pharmacists who are always available for your needs and willing to see you when your GP simply doesn’t have the time.

To further our support to the community, we have recently invested back into the community by becoming the first pharmacy in the midlands to offer a 24-hour collection service. So, if you’re working long hours, or are almost never home for deliveries, you can now collect your medication at your convenience at our 24-hour collection point.
